Better than expected and got the job done for a night, however the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. There was someone elses drinks left over in the mini fridge and the room itself had a musky smell which got better with some fresh air. All in all it's a decent nights stay for the price.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They have BEDBUGS! My boyfriend and I stayed here to see a Santana concert and found bed bugs under the sheets! When we told the front desk we would be leaving due to this and we wanted our money back, she had to go look in the room herself. She came back and said she "didn't see anything" so there was "no problem". Beware!!!! They are crawling with bed bugs here and will offer no compensation! DO NOT STAY HERE
The location is great. The continental breakfast is pretty minimal, but is enough to keep you until lunch. The bathrooms are tiny, tiny. The room is a fair size and doesn't feel cramped. Our room keys never worked on the first (or second) try, but did let us into our room. The front desk was gracious enough to move us when we had accidentally selected a smoking room, but wanted non smoking. Overall, I would come back, but I would prefer it for a one or two night stay rather than the week we did.
Read the reviews but thought we'd give it a chance. Nope- shouldve known better!! Bed bugs.. they were bombing the room across from us and failed to tell us!! place is dirty. Smelt very much like must and smoke in our NON smoking room. Took a video of bug crawling on the sheet and showed lady at desk she refunded ASAP and was very good about it all. Room is very small. And dirty- cobwebs, hair in places, stains on sheets. Don't even waste your time or money at this place!
Awful place. We had a non smoking room that smelled like a chain smoker. The mini fridge is broken and the lights don't turn on right. Everything is cheap and dated. Terrible experience.
