We also bought another sofa and two chairs that are great but would like this sofa to be great also.
We bought a Marshfield sofa and were told there is a lifetime warranty on the cushions. They are sagging and the bottom of the sofa is drooping. I contacted Timber Creek and they came out to look at it in October 2016 and said it wasn't right that something would be done. After 3 1/2 months and several phone calls nothing has been done.
Timber Creek was great! They literally went over the top with us on customer care/service!!! We highly recommend them. We bought two log recliner chairs. The craftsmanship on the log frames was outstanding, but the cushions needed some work. There was also an important screw in a crack in the log frame on both chairs that I feared would not hold. We complained a little and they immediately agreed to have new cushions fabricated and replaced them! They also agreed and took the chairs and fixed and adjusted them to our desire. We were delighted! But then my wife's back didn't do well with the log recliner, so she went back and asked if they would switch out the recliner for another chair! TimberCreek agreed to that also. They truly are a 100% satisfaction guaranteed store. They made many trips to our house to make us happy. We can't say enough for how wonderful they treated us!! Thank you TimberCreek!!!

Amazing little Ma & Pa place! Great woodsy type store. They have great stuff for the cabin and home! I had fantastic service. They are very good at helping you out without seeming pushy like some of the sales people are. They seem to genuinely want to help you! They even drew out and helped us figure out where to fit the sectional we wanted so badly, with the limited space! I couldn't have imagined a better experience. Oh, and as an added bonus, they threw in free delivery! What a sweet deal! I will definitely be heading back there soon!
