We were a sports groups of 17, 9 and 10 year old's staying for 3 or more nights. Kids being kids did some running through the halls. One of the staff members did not handle the situation well and the Assistant manager was called in. She worked with us to come up with a solution for our next stay.
The amenities were great and everyone enjoyed the 4 professional electronic massage chairs! The pool and free arcade games in the stairwells on each floor clean and working. Great for the kids. Thanks for a good stay. Would recommend but if you have a group call in advance to organize.
My family & I have stayed at Best Western Shakopee twice & both times were very pleased. The staff were very friendly both times and the rooms are nice. I personally love their free massage chairs! They also have free arcade games, a hot tub, salt water swimming pool and a hot continental breakfast. We will definitely stay again!
There is no signage facing traffic, so be awake. We arrived late, but room was ready. We had a quiet night and nice sleep, which is all we were looking for. Check out the next morning was automatically done with a great rate. We will use this Best Western again.
Staff was awesome, professional and accommodating. Great sense of humor too! Small hole in wall but not a real big thing. Air conditioning unit had a short in it, so it worked off and on. Was given a small fan. Breakfast was really good and the pool was great, as was the hot tub. As a result of or AC, we were given double points on our Best Western card. Overall, not bad, could've been just a little better.
