There attention to detail and there one on one customer service if by far better then any boat place out there ive had boat and fish house and many friends use rsi for many years and nothing but quality work fair prices.
I have had a great experience with these guys. They always deliver, great boat storage rates, and they were flexible with spring deliveries. Above and beyond my expectations, and deffinantly better than the other guys in town!
RSI went well above and beyond what any other customer experience I have had at a marine dealership is like. When I first called they said they were booked out until June, same thing I was hearing from other dealers, but they came highly recommended by the "Fish for life" organization out of Chanhassen. I explained my situation to them and they said to bring it in and they would look at it. This was a Monday, so I brought it in an hour later. I got a call less than 24 hours later on Tuesday that my boat was done and all fixed. This is huge as opener is 2 weeks away, when I got there Matt walked me through everything he did, was very polite, and is pleasant to talk to and deal with. They will be recommended to everyone I know and i will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you RSI for the awesome work!
I needed a new lower unit on my boat. Brought it to a local place and they quoted me a ridiculous amount for the job. I found RSI on Google and brought my boat to them. Not only was the service outstanding, they saved me thousands of dollars. Once the work was done and I had my boat back they called me a few days later just to see how the boat was working. You cant find customer service like that these days! My boat runs like a top now. Like I said outstanding service, excellent customer service and very fair prices on parts and labor. I'd give them 10 stars if i could. I HIGHLY recommend RSI to anyone needing boat repair.
