Very poor service! We purchased a new travel trailer from here years ago and just recently needed a window replaced. We have gotten nothing but a run around trying to provide them with enough information to get the part ordered. I have been told I needed measurements, then a serial #, next a VIN # and lastly, a model # all of which involved 4 different phone calls. Would it have not been easier to tell us what was necessary the first time? Perhaps looking at the bill of sale would suffice. Fed up and taking our business somewhere else.
