IMO they do a pretty good job. Had a great time there with my 13yo!
Lots of complaints about price & lines. Seriously, I don't know what people expect. Nothings cheap. A seasonal event has to make money & pay for everything that goes into it over a very short period of time.
This place is a joke! I spent 64 dollars for 3 tickets and when we got into the venue, i realized I forgot my wallet in my car. I told the ticket checkers that I needed to run back out to my car to grab my wallet and they told me that once i left, I wouldn't be able to come back in no exceptions unless I bought another ticket... What kind of stupid rule is that?! The haunted parts were a complete joke. It's just so poorly done its crazy. We go to haunted houses every weekend in October and this is the first time we've been here and I'll definitely never be going back. Don't waste your time and money on this place. Scream town is by far the best place I've gone to.
The only good thing was the cute bartender!
They can't let the crowd plow through the trails and mazes enmasse without ruining the experience for everyone. You're going to have lines.
It was loads of fun! Very friendly & spooky staff! Maze of Mayhem & the trail walk are worth the price of a ticket. Will go again I'm sure.
The attractions themselves were OK. It would be nice if they’d tell you in advance that most everything in Trail of Terror costs additional money, and can only be paid for in cash.
Luckily I won tickets to go, other wise I woulda been upset. Not worth the money they charge at all... the trail itself was horrible.. not scary at all. Nobody jumps out at you... nothing... really nothing happens. You just walk a mile and than its the end..
My friends and I were treated quite rudely here. We had just come from working at another haunted attraction, and we’re wearing our clothing with the company logo on it. We were told by a staff member that “we don’t stand for that here,” and other, more vulgar, comments. Very disappointing to someone who has paid hard-earned money for a ticket, and is hoping to have a good time.
