The floor was really dirty. It's not that hard to vacuum. The food was good but slow. We ordered a pizza, they made it wrong. When this happens in other locations they normally they offer the pizza to go. Could be much better overall
I love Pizza Ranch! Staff is super friendly, chicken is awesome and plentiful. Lettuce is never gross and wilted. One of the best places to eat in Shakopee, especially if you're looking for a buffet. YUM.
I love soup so when i saw they had chicken wild rice i went to check it out and when i opened the lid the soup was about the consistency of mashed potatoes. When you come in and pay they ask you what kind of pizza you would like them to make. My girlfriend ordered there garlic cheese pizza.. They said 15 minutes.. Needless to say she didnt get to eat her pizza. By the time it was finally done and brought out (40 minutes later) we had to leave. She asked for her money back and they declined instead giving her the pizza to take home that was a half hour late! Wow!
Went there after a long day at Valleyfair. It was about an hour and 15 before close. The whole place was dirty and full of food and trash on the floors and tables. There was two half pizzas on the buffet and nothing else. The mashed potato and chicken section all the food was so dried and crusty from sitting there so long. The ice cream machine had a tray overflowing with melted ice cream running down it. Pop was warm and ice machine was broken. I asked the worker who I finally saw if there was going to be more food because I just paid 80.00 for my family to eat and there's nothing on the buffet. She said it's 9:00 so they stop cooking pizzas... if this is the case then why take people's money at that time?
Good price for the food you get. Kids love it.
Probably one of the worst places i have ever ate at. Not only is there selection horrible but what you can pick from looks overdone and like it has been sitting there way too long.
