They make good Papa John's pizza. Every time I've ordered they've made it on time. 2 of the 4 times the order was slightly wrong. However they were very willing to fix or remake the pizza for us. People make mistakes but they owned it. Thanks!
I ordered two pizzas for delivery to my hotel room. They didn't arrive in the time frame their website promised. I called them 3 times and the pizzas finally arrived an hour later than promised and if that weren't bad enough they were barely even warm. A waste of my time and money!
I used to be a regular customer and rather enjoyed their pizza. However the last 4 out of 5 orders they have either made mistakes on my order such as forgetting items or one time even trying to give me another customers order, or else they have taken an extremely long time to deliver. By long time I mean around an hour when I live only 2 miles from their location. Their food and service is simply not worth the time nor trouble.
I'm very excited about having a papa Johns in shakopee. I've ordered a few times with absolutely no problems. The service is top notch, and the quality can't be touched. Thank you all for the job that you do!
We come here about once a week, and every time, we end up waiting for our order - even though they tell us 10-20 minutes for our order, it ends up being way longer AND the only thing we order is BREADSTICKS! I don't understand how it takes 30 minutes for breadsticks, if it does - just tell us that so we aren't waiting around for our order of dang breadsticks. They have screwed up our orders several times as well. I'm a fan of papa Johns pizza, but this location struggles.
