I'll never use their service again and Bill's Toggery would do well to reconsider their partnership with them.
Great place, clothes get done on time and come perfectly clean. The service is always amazing too. This is a great place to get your dry cleaning done I highly recommend!
Worst dry cleaner or seamstress I've experienced. I needed to replace a zipper on a jacket. They quoted me a price over the phone. When I took it in the price to repair went up. I don't like that practice, but I needed it repaired. The owner said it would take five days to repair. After two weeks it still was not repaired.
All and all just a bad place. They stand around on their phones. I had to wait awhile before anyone helped me and my cloths came back ruined.
I do not recommend this business.
She relinquished my unrepaired jacket nearly three weeks after I dropped it off.
I've tried other places but Ron's just has that magic touch with my clothes that I don't get elsewhere.
Then...when I asked for my unrepaired jacket she refused to. I had to call the owner of Bill's Toggery for him to act as a liaison to get my jacket back so I can take it elsewhere to be repaired.
They have one of my the lower ratings online. I should have looked before I dropped off my jacket.
I'm very disappointed.
