Called to tell me that my dress was damaged. Which happens and I completely understand, and appreciated the honest phone call. However, it all went downhill from there. Long story short...they would only pay me half for the dress...offered me a credit for the other half...but wouldn't let me use that credit for the payment I had to make that day for the 3 additional dresses that I was picking up ...and when I said Im not sure if I would utilize your services in the future so I would like to use the credit today...she told me "well then we will offer you no credit"....

If there was a zero star option I would choose it. I went in here as a first-time customer and I was treated very disrespectful. First off, I dropped my laundry off and when I came back to pick them up I wanted to use a coupon I found online. I was told by a high school student working there, I must present a coupon at the time of drop off and they do not accept coupons when you are settling up and picking up your laundry. I contested this because there were no signs visible when I was dropping off stating this. I further contested this and they got the owner Glen on the phone. He was very disrespectful to me and would not take my $5 off coupon after I just dropped $60 to have a couple of dress shirts cleaned. I will never go back or ever recommend this place to anyone because of the way that they treat their guests. Honestly, I would say you receive better customer service at Walmart which is the epitome of customer service.
Very friendly staff that helps you when you walk in. In addition to just dry cleaning my items, have brought in two items that I thought were for sure ruined-stained for life. Both times Martinez cleaning worked miracles! I am so beyond grateful to them!
