Wonderful service at the store; the workers were friendly and patient with our entire family as we selected phones and asked questions. Workers knew what they were talking about and were able to help whenever and wherever needed.

It's rare I write a review for any company. However, I am a customer service specialist and in sales myself so when I see people take their work as seriously as I do, I have to comment. Coming to this store to get the phone service I need for my big family has been nothing less than ideal. They are super friendly, attentive and super quick to fix any issues that may come up. Because of the professionalism, customer service-driven and tech savvy Said has shown is why I will continue to bring my business to this store. In my last visit, Said was able to solve a 3 year phone problem with a technical issue no one has been able to figure out with my daughter's phone and he solved it swiftly and quickly. I now have a super happy family with phones they all can enjoy. Special thanks to you Said, and Jake and Duncan for making all my visits a great experience.
After an abysmal trip to Best Buy today to try to upgrade our telephone we suffered through their customer service and through people who didn't know what they were doing as a last minute thought we went over to the Sprint store in Shakopee we were pleasantly surprised we were greeted at the door the staff was amazing Barbara Duncan and Said gave us Beyond exceptional service Syed actually saved us $40 on our bill and helped us to upgrade to a new phone which the people at Best Buy had told us was impossible today. I will be going back to that store every single time I need something from Sprint they were incredible. I don't go giving everyone a 5-star rating or actually stopping to take my time to write a Google review but this was worth it if you go to that store you will not be sorry.
