Very nice store, they need more staff to checking out people. Sometimes they have to call people up front.
I used to love Best Buy stores. While was in college I would often visit my local Best Buy just to check out the newest stuff and talk shop with the employees. I recall more up beat, fun, knowledgeable staff back then. These days it's like you can't find a creative thinker in the bunch. Heck, it's hard to even find an available sales rep. So if you're thinking you want to do something techie/creative/geeky with your set-up and you're hoping to find a like minded geek to help you plan it out, try Radio Shack. If you're looking at making a purchase and already know exactly what you want then Best Buy is the place to go. It's still 4 levels higher than Walmarts electronics center.
I love working with Kenneth in the phones dept.. he is so funny & patient.. he makes it very easy to understand the minute details about an issue.
Cost me hundreds in early termination fees that I couldn't get refunded because they gave me the wrong upgrade date. I shop here rarely and reluctantly
Great experience buying a phone. Much better than the sprint store.
