Cub Foods is my favorite place to shop. The best customer service around!
There is a new store in town HyVee and it has wonderful selections but I was not impressed with their prices Cub has most everything I need at very reasonable prices I will continue to shop there

Really hit or miss. Some staff are super helpful and kind consistently (Kumi is great!). Other times, especially lately, I go into Cub and get the distinct impression that folks working would be happier if no one came in to buy groceries. I've heard customers have to excuse themselves to get help while employees at the register are having a conversation and ignoring the growing line of people looking for service. Prices are above average for most things, and organization is hit or miss. Store is usually fairly clean, but other times the dust is noticable. Produce is usually good, but less so as of late. With stiff competition of Hyvee incoming, Cub's management should be stepping up their game. Instead I get the impression that they too see the competitive advantage gap and are getting ready to throw in the towel.
Love, love, love the gluten free labeling on the shelves!! My daughter was recently diagnosed with celiac disease. As if shopping wasn't already a challenge! Had a horrible time trying to locate GF products at other stores! Thank you sooo much Cub for making this so much easier to find these specific products and cut my time spent shopping in half! I will drive out of my way to shop at your stores from now on! Always a great value and wonderful sales! Love my Cub❤
