Normally go to a great groomer in Eden Prairie, but needed an appointment sooner than they could get me in. Called the Eden Prairie PetSmart and they also couldn’t get me in, but mentioned the Shakopee store so we gave it a try. I haven’t been impressed with grooming at Pet stores before, but was desperate.
I get both my dogs groomed here, and buy all my supplies here. Love the location and the people. Always have a good experience when I visit.

I am always greeted at the door by a friendly staff member. As I walk through the store, at least one staff member asks if they can help me find anything. Everyone is super polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. It's easy to navigate and find items I need by using the signs. I have great experiences here.
I dropped off my dog and she was nervous and poo’d and pee’d in the grooming lobby (a first), the lady was helpful and took her time with my dog and cleaned up the mess when I offered to. Made it seem like no biggie.
When I picked her up a different lady was working and she was amazing. She was friendly, told me how my dog did with the grooming, my daughter asked about adding a bow and she cheerfully said she loved bows on the pups and didn’t add them because she thought they might not stay in with the dogs hair length but cheerfully said let’s give it a try and came out and put two on (made my daughters day), then she mentioned the pictures they take and can send but they didn’t have an email on file if I was interested and showed me all of the cute frames they have for the pets, etc. Not only did she have amazing customer service, our dog looked great too. Wish I could recall her name, she deserves recognition.
Most of the staff is super friendly and welcoming. The store is fairly clean for being a store where people bring their pets inside. Things are easy to find.
