More than one person has had a horrible experience here.
St. Francis is a wonderful facility and I could give it no higher praise! I have had nothing but excellent care here from the ER, to Surgery and recovery. The Dr.s, Nurses, Nurses Aids and even the housekeeping staff made my day in some way or another. Most important part is I have received excellent care and will always choose this hospital and ER first.
Very clean place. Everything seems very updated and the TVs in patient rooms are huge. The legacy cafe (I think) had great food options at low prices. The nurses were helpful and friendly.
You're better off going to a priest for your Last Rites.
An ER of last resorts.
Just recently moved to the area, my girlfriend and I came in with out 10 month old who was running a fever and had a bad cough. We asked the volunteer at the front desk to direct us to urgent care and he looked at us like we were stupid. Not only were we extremely offended by this, but he sent us to the ER. Needles to say we will not be returning. However I do highly recommend the urgent Care located near the Walmart in Shakopee. Great staff and we're taken care of right away.
