Took my bike in for a tune up. I had a couple of additional small issues with my bike, and Paul went out of his way to get me taken care of with no problems whatsoever.
Small shops like this are a rare breed.

It seems that 60% of the time I have bad experiences with bike shops for one reason or another, but to date, I have not had any issues with Paul's.
Will definitely go back here again...maybe today.
The owner really knows his stuff. He's very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes and very forthcoming with advice and tips.
I've been here many times to buy parts for bikes and have bikes fixed. I went there a few weeks ago to get a bike for my 6 year old. He had seen my son before and knew exactly what he'd need. And he gave me a bike! It was old and a little beat up, but it was in great working condition. He had fixed it up to make sure it was safe.
This is by far the best bike shop I've been to in years.
The staff here assisted me in finding the accessories I need. He is good at assistance and communicates well with proper knowledge.
Pricewise, he's competitive with a Target or buying online (and far cheaper than Erik's Bike shop), but if you take the friendly knowledgeable service, the care for customers, the attention to quality etc., then this store wins hands down.
