Great for families, kids, or people who just love roller coasters. Fun place to visit in the summer time. Always crowded (but it's expected). Like Disney World, but in Minnesota.

Fun rides for all ages. I would give it a 5 star if the dino park was included in the general admission. I despite places that get you in the morning door and then nickel you for access to some area.

We have season passes and we have had them for 6 years. It is a worthwhile purchase. If you go twice, it pays for itself. We go quite often. We work it so we go for a few hours at a time. My kids realize we can go back other times so if a ride has a long line, we just move on and hit that ride the next time. We love the corn feed which is included in the price. We go to the haunted houses at valley scare. That is a lot of fun. It is also included in the price. We get the free refill containers for drinks. Also a great deal.

I *beep* love the roller coasters and the power tower! Soak city there is always a good place to cool off. Food is alright but bit pricey, at least if you make one purchase for the souvenir cup its free refills all day!

I finally got the opportunity to go after not being able to for a couple years, and it was a terrible experience. We got there around 11:30 am and had to pay $17 for parking! When we entered the park we noticed there wasn’t a lot of people there yet which wasn’t a problem(no lines), but soon realized that none of the rides were open besides the kiddie ones. Half of the buildings weren’t even open so there was absolutely nothing to do. Ended up going to the information booth to figure out what the heck was going on and they said that it was to cold for the rides to being running. I get that there is a safety issue and all that but there was no notice of that when I was buying the tickets or on their Facebook/twitter pages and nothing was said when we were entering the park. It’s the end of October in Minnesota so obviously it’s going to be a little chilly. We asked for a refund but all they could give us was a ticket for next year, no refund for the parking. It was supposed to be a really fun day which ended up being a total bummer. I am never the one to write bad reviews about places but this was a total waste of time and money.
